2010 KITAMURA 3XIF VERTICAL MACHINING CENTERS
Specifications & Market Value

Technical Description
The 2010 Kitamura Mycenter 3XIF is a 3-axis high-speed vertical machining center equipped with Kitamura's SparkChanger automatic pallet changer and a 20,000 RPM spindle for the most demanding precision production applications. The machine features an overall twin-pallet working envelope of 31.0" x 18.0" with X/Y/Z travels of 31.0", 18.0", and 18.0". The high-speed NST-40 taper spindle reaches 20,000 RPM driven by a 15 HP motor, enabling exceptional surface finishes on aluminum, titanium, and high-precision alloys. Chip-to-chip tool change time is 1.2 seconds, contributing to extremely short cycle times in high-volume production. A 30-tool ATC supports multi-operation capability across each SparkChanger pallet cycle. Fanuc CNC control with Kitamura's integrated interface provides 5-axis preparatory programming, rigid tapping, and high-speed contouring. Maximum table load is 1,100 lbs. The 3XIF represents the highest-speed configuration in the Mycenter 3 series, suited to precision aerospace, medical, and production machining where cycle time and surface quality are primary drivers.
