The 2018 MILLTRONICS RH30 is a 3-axis vertical machining center from Milltronics Manufacturing, designed as a high-capacity production VMC for demanding job shop, aerospace, mold and die, and contract manufacturing applications. The RH30 features a 76 x 24 inch T-slotted work table within a 60 x 30 x 28 inch X/Y/Z machining envelope — the largest travel configuration in the standard RH column series — accommodating large prismatic components, mold bases, and multi-part production fixtures. The 24 HP continuous-duty spindle motor (17.9 kW) operates through a CAT-40 or ISO No. 40 spindle taper at speeds up to 8,000 RPM, delivering the sustained cutting power required for aggressive material removal in steel, cast iron, and high-strength alloys. A 20- to 24-station automatic tool changer handles diverse tooling requirements across multi-step programs. Maximum table load of 3,000 lbs supports substantial workpiece weights. Overall machine dimensions of 136 x 110 x 105 inches accommodate the large work envelope in a well-organized footprint. The Milltronics Centurion CNC control provides conversational and G-code programming, tool-life management, and rigid tapping capability in the manufacturer's standard US-made control platform.
