A+Technical Description
The 2017 Toyoda STEALTH VB315 is a 3-axis fixed-rail bridge mill designed for large-format precision machining of oversized workpieces in aerospace, mold and die, energy, and heavy equipment manufacturing. Manufactured by JTEKT Machinery, the STEALTH VB315 employs a fixed-rail bridge architecture with cylindrical roller guideway systems on all axes, providing exceptional rigidity, load capacity, and thermal stability for heavy-duty cutting operations. The work table measures 122" x 55.1" with a maximum table load capacity of 22,046 lbs, accommodating very large and heavy workpieces. Axis travels of 118.8" in X, 59.0" in Y, and 31.5" in Z define an expansive cutting envelope for large-format machining. The spindle achieves a maximum speed of 6,000 RPM with 35 HP of continuous power, accommodating CAT 50 tooling through a 32-tool automatic tool changer. The Fanuc 0i-MF CNC control provides the operator interface with comprehensive G-code and macro programming support. Overall machine dimensions are approximately 395" long x 179" wide x 162" high. The STEALTH VB315 is suited to applications requiring very large part coverage, extremely high table load capacity, and the structural rigidity of a fixed-bridge platform for precision machining of large aerospace structures, turbine components, large mold bases, and heavy industrial parts in a single setup.
