Technical Description

The 2015 Vision Wide NF3223 is a 3-axis double-column gantry-type vertical machining center manufactured by Vision Wide Tech Co. of Taiwan, designed for large-format machining of aerospace structures, heavy molds, tooling plates, and industrial components requiring a wide working envelope and high structural rigidity. The NF3223 provides 125.98 inches of X-axis travel, 90.55 inches of Y-axis travel, and 36.22 inches of Z-axis travel, with a table measuring 118.1 by 80.7 inches capable of supporting substantial workpiece loads. The spindle delivers 24.8 HP continuous power and reaches 4,000 RPM in the standard geared configuration, with optional 8,000 or 10,000 RPM higher-speed spindle variants available for non-ferrous and finishing applications. The double-column gantry structure provides exceptional rigidity across the full working envelope, minimizing deflection during heavy interrupted cuts and maintaining accuracy across large-area surface passes. Fanuc 0i-MD CNC control provides reliable high-speed contouring, comprehensive G-code programming, and a proven production interface. A 5-face machining capability is available with optional 90-degree milling head attachment. The NF3223's large working envelope, robust gantry construction, and flexible spindle options make it well-suited to aerospace, energy, heavy equipment, and large tooling manufacturers requiring reliable large-format machining performance in a double-column platform. Parts and service support are available through Vision Wide's North American distribution network.
