Technical Description

The 2008 Campro CSP750 is a 3-axis CNC vertical machining center from Campro Precision Machinery of Taiwan, designed for reliable production machining of aluminum, steel, and cast iron components. The CAT-40 spindle delivers 15 to 20 HP and reaches a maximum speed of 10,000 RPM, offering versatile cutting capability across a range of materials and operations. The work table measures 35.4 x 16.5 inches (900 x 420 mm) with a maximum load of 1,100 lbs, and axis travels extend 29.5 inches (750 mm) in X, 16.5 inches (420 mm) in Y, and 20.1 inches (510 mm) in Z. Rapid traverse rates reach 36 m/min on X and Y axes. A 24-station arm-type automatic tool changer enables efficient unattended production. Control is provided by the Fanuc 0i-MB CNC system. Overall machine dimensions are approximately 90.6 x 86.6 x 102.4 inches (2,300 x 2,200 x 2,600 mm) and the machine weighs approximately 10,580 lbs (4,800 kg).
