Technical Description

The 2013 Doosan DT360D is a 3-axis dual-pallet drilling and tapping center designed for high-volume production of small to medium prismatic components, combining compact axis travels with an integrated dual-station rotary pallet system that enables simultaneous machining on one pallet while the operator loads and unloads parts on the second. This architecture significantly reduces operator wait time and improves overall equipment utilization in production environments. The machine provides an X-axis travel of 521 mm (20.5 in), Y-axis travel of 361 mm (14.2 in), and Z-axis travel of 351 mm (13.8 in), with each pallet measuring 650 x 375 mm and capable of supporting workpieces through a 180-degree rotary pallet change.
