2007 DOOSAN MV4020L VERTICAL MACHINING CENTERS
Specifications & Market Value

Technical Description
The 2007 Doosan MV4020L is a 3-axis vertical machining center and the high-speed long-table variant of the MV4020 platform, featuring a 10,000 RPM CAT 40 spindle and a 30-tool ATC for improved cycle efficiency. The work table measures 47.2 x 20.1 inches with X-, Y-, and Z-axis travels of 40.2, 20.1, and 24.6 inches respectively. The 20 HP spindle is driven by a Fanuc 21i-MB CNC control. The upgraded spindle speed over the base MV4020 makes the MV4020L better suited to aluminum, non-ferrous alloys, and light steel components requiring higher surface speeds. Box-way guideways on all axes provide high rigidity and excellent chatter resistance under side-loading conditions. Flood coolant is standard and through-spindle coolant is available on configured units. The MV4020L was offered during the Doosan/Daewoo transition period and remains a widely available machine in the used equipment market due to its proven reliability and broad CAT 40 tooling compatibility. Overall dimensions measure approximately 138 x 102 inches with a height of 114 inches and a total installed weight of approximately 15,400 lbs.
