2025 DOOSAN MV5025 VERTICAL MACHINING CENTERS
Specifications & Market Value

Technical Description
The 2025 Doosan MV5025 is a 3-axis vertical machining center providing a large work envelope suited to pallets, fixtures, and oversized components. The machine delivers 51.0 inches of X-axis travel, 25.5 inches in Y, and 24.6 inches in Z over a work table measuring 55.1 x 25.6 inches. The 20 HP CAT 40 spindle reaches 12,000 RPM, controlled by a Fanuc 21i-MD or Fanuc 21L-MB CNC system depending on build configuration. A 24- to 30-tool automatic tool changer enables complex multi-step machining programs without manual tool changes. The MV5025 is built on a heavy cast iron base with box-way guideways on all axes, providing the structural rigidity needed for heavy face milling, deep pocketing, and contour work in steel, cast iron, and aluminum. Its combination of large table size and high spindle speed makes it versatile across both heavy roughing and precision finishing operations. Flood coolant is standard, and through-spindle coolant is available on equipped units. The MV5025 was widely used in North American and European job shops and production facilities requiring a capable, reliable large-format VMC. Overall machine dimensions are approximately 129 x 111 inches with an installed height of 122 inches and a total weight of approximately 17,000 lbs.
