MANUFACTURED IN 2015, EACH ROBOT HAS A 12KG PAYLOAD CAPACITY, A 1420MM HORIZONTAL REACH, AND A REPEATABILITY OF ±0.08MM. THE ROBOTS ARE DESIGNED FOR FLOOR, INVERTED, OR ANGLE MOUNTING AND HAVE A MASS OF 130KG EACH. AXIS MOTION SPEEDS REACH UP TO 230°/S FOR J1 AND J3, 225°/S FOR J2, 430°/S FOR J4 AND J5, AND 630°/S FOR J6. THE MOTION RANGE FOR THE AXES IS J1 ±360°, J2 ±250°, J3 ±445°, J4 ±380°, J5 ±380°, AND J6 ±720°. THIS CELL IS CONFIGURED FOR APPLICATIONS INCLUDING ARC, LASER, MAG, MIG, ORBITAL, OXYACETYLENE, PLASMA, AND SUBMERGED ARC WELDING, AS WELL AS PLASMA CUTTING. THE SYSTEM IS EQUIPPED WITH A GENESIS DUAL TRUNNION FIXTURE OFFERING A CAPACITY OF 80" LENGTH AND 40" SWING, AN ALLEN BRADLEY PANELVIEW 1000 INTERFACE, AND TWO FANUC R-30IB CONTROLLERS. ADDITIONAL COMPONENTS INCLUDE TWO FANUC COLOR TEACH PENDANTS, TWO LINCOLN WIRE FEEDERS MODEL 4R220, TWO WELDING POWER SUPPLIES, TWO WELDING TORCHES, AND A FULL ENCLOSURE.
