Technical Description

The 2017 Hurco VM10UI is a 5-axis universal vertical machining center from Hurco's VM10 series equipped with the WinMax i-series control. The "U" designates 5-axis universal configuration with a trunnion-style tilting rotary table providing the A and C axes, and the "I" suffix indicates the enhanced i-control platform with improved processing speed, expanded memory, and additional connectivity relative to the standard WinMax control. Axis travels are 20 inches in X, 16 inches in Y, and 15.7 inches in Z, with the A/C trunnion providing full simultaneous 5-axis contouring capability.
