Technical Description

The 2012 Hyundai WIA F750B is a 3-axis heavy-duty vertical machining center providing large table capacity and high spindle torque for mold, die, and heavy structural component applications. The machine offers a 70.9" x 27.6" worktable with X/Y/Z travels of 61.0", 29.5", and 28.3". The BBT50 Big-Plus spindle operates at 4,500 RPM standard -- with 8,000 RPM and 12,000 RPM options -- driven by a 25 HP continuous motor producing 893 N.m of peak torque for heavy cutting in steel and cast iron. A 20-tool ATC with a 30-tool option supports extended multi-operation cycles. The Siemens 828D CNC control provides a modern programming environment with advanced contouring and rigid tapping capability. Box guideway construction on all three axes ensures the rigidity required for large workpiece accuracy. Maximum table load is 4,409 lbs. The F750B is the updated B-series variant of the F750 platform, incorporating the Siemens 828D as the standard CNC control while retaining the proven mechanical architecture of the F750. It is suited to shops working with large molds, dies, and heavy precision components.
