The 2017 Makino PS95 is a 3-axis vertical machining center from Makino's PS series, designed for versatile production machining of molds, dies, and precision components across a broad range of materials. The PS95 provides 36.2-inch X-axis travel, 20.0-inch Y-axis travel, and 18.1-inch Z-axis travel, served by a 46.1- by 20.1-inch work table with a table load capacity of 1,763 lbs. The standard 14,000 RPM spindle with 25 HP delivers broad applicability across steel, aluminum, and non-ferrous machining; optional 20,000 and 30,000 RPM spindle configurations are available for high-speed die/mold finishing and graphite electrode applications.
