The 2020 Milltronics VR4325XP is a 3-axis vertical machining center from Milltronics' Performance XP series, featuring a two-speed geared-head spindle, box-way construction, and 50-taper (CAT-50) tooling capability for maximum rigidity and torque in heavy-duty production machining. The VR4325XP is equipped with a 51 x 25 inch work table and delivers X-, Y-, and Z-axis travels of 43, 25.5, and 23.6 inches, providing a generous machining envelope for large housings, dies, molds, and structural components. The geared-head spindle operates at speeds up to 6,000 RPM with a 35 HP motor, delivering exceptional torque at low spindle speeds for aggressive face milling, heavy roughing in hardened steel, and interrupted cut operations where spindle stiffness and torque are paramount.
