Used CNC Lathes for Sale

Shop used CNC lathes for sale on Aucto — CNC turning centers, Swiss-type sliding-head lathes and live-tooling machines from verified sellers across the US and Canada. This child page is CNC only. Manual and engine lathes stay on their own page; this list is Nakamura, Citizen, Mori Seiki, Miyano and similar turning centers.

Read chuck size, spindle bore, bar capacity, turret stations, whether the machine has live tooling or a Y-axis, control (FANUC, OSP), and whether a bar feeder, parts catcher or chip conveyor is included. Swiss-types add maximum bar diameter (16 mm, 20 mm, 32 mm) and axis count. Dual-spindle machines are a different production buy than a 2-axis chucker.

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about buying and selling on Aucto. Can’t find an answer?

Contact us

What's the difference between a CNC lathe and a Swiss-type lathe?

A conventional CNC lathe (turning center) holds the work in a chuck or collet and feeds a turret. A Swiss-type (sliding headstock) supports small-diameter bar in a guide bushing and is built for long, slender, high-precision parts. Aucto lists both under CNC Lathes.

Do used CNC lathes include a bar feeder?

Some listings do, some do not. Check the listing for bar feeder, parts catcher and chip conveyor before you buy now or make an offer. Missing automation is a different installed cost than a complete cell.

How does pricing work on Aucto?

Depending on the listing, you can Buy Now at a set price, Make an Offer or submit your Best Offer, or place a bid in a live auction — always with transparent, fair pricing and no hidden fees.

Is financing available?

Yes. Many listings offer monthly payment options so you can spread the cost of a machine. Look for the monthly payment estimate on the listing or contact our team to discuss available financing options.

How does shipping work?

Many Buy Now listings qualify for free shipping. Otherwise, Aucto works with freight partners across North America to help arrange delivery, with estimates available on request.

Can I inspect equipment before I buy?

Most listings include detailed photos, videos, specifications and inspection notes. Many sellers also allow scheduled in-person or virtual inspections through the platform.

How is rigging and loading handled?

Some sellers include rigging and loading in the listing. When it is the buyer’s responsibility, Aucto can help connect you with rigging and freight partners across North America.
