THE KOMO VR 510 MACH II SHO 5' X 10' CNC ROUTER FEATURES A 60" X 120" X 32" H MOVING SOLID CAST-ALUMINUM SINGLE-ZONE VACUUM "MATRIX" TABLE. TRAVELS ARE 135" (X-AXIS), 84" (Y-AXIS), AND 11" (Z-AXIS), WITH POSITIONING SPEEDS UP TO 3,150 IPM FOR X AND Y, AND 600 IPM FOR Z. EQUIPPED WITH AN OMLAT 12 KW (16 HP) HSK-63F AIR-COOLED ELECTROSPINDLE, IT ACHIEVES VARIABLE SPEEDS UP TO 24,000 RPM. TOOL MANAGEMENT IS FACILITATED BY A 12-POSITION CAROUSEL-TYPE AUTOMATIC TOOL CHANGER AND AUTOMATED TOOL LENGTH MEASUREMENT. A BORING UNIT INCLUDES 13 VERTICAL SPINDLES (8X, 5Y) AND 6 HORIZONTAL SPINDLES (2 IN X, 1 IN Y, ALL 1+1 CONFIGURATION). THE MACHINE UTILIZES THK PRECISION CONTOUR LINEAR GUIDEWAYS, CLOSED-LOOP AC SERVO DRIVES, AND PRECISION GROUND BALL SCREWS ON ALL AXES. OPERATOR CONTROL IS VIA A GE/FANUC "210-I" CNC CONTROL, FEATURING A 10.4" DISPLAY, REMOTE PENDANT, 3-AXES SIMULTANEOUS CONTROL, AND HIGH-SPEED, HIGH-PRECISION MACHINING FUNCTIONS. ELECTRICS ARE 480V, 3 PHASE, 60HRZ. DIMENSIONS ARE 266" L X 143" W X 110" H.
