IT FEATURES A 12 KG PAYLOAD CAPACITY, A 2,010 MM REACH, AND A REPEATABILITY OF ± 0.03 MM. THE ROBOT HAS A MASS OF 260 KG AND SUPPORTS FLOOR OR ANGLE MOUNTING. ITS HOLLOW ARM DESIGN FACILITATES INTERNAL ROUTING OF WELDING CABLES AND WIRE FEEDING, WHILE THE STREAMLINED, BOWED STRUCTURE REDUCES INTERFERENCE WITH JIGS AND WORKPIECES. AXIS MOTION SPEEDS ARE 210°/S FOR S AND L, 220°/S FOR U, 435°/S FOR R AND B, AND 700°/S FOR T. THE MOTION RANGE FOR THE AXES IS S ±180°, L +155°/–105°, U +160°/–86°, R ±200°, B ±150°, AND T ±455°. THE SYSTEM IS OPERATED BY A YASKAWA MOTOMAN YRC1000 CONTROLLER AND INCLUDES A TEACH PENDANT AND CONNECTION CABLES. THE WIRE FEEDER CAN BE MOUNTED AT AXIS 3 TO SUPPORT SHORT-DISTANCE SUPPLY TO THE WELD TORCH.
